Dr O Z M Dastagir is one of the best Spine,Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon in Bangladesh. He is working in National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation, Dhaka as a Senior Consultant . He is highly trained in Upper Limb, Lower Limb, Pelvic Bone Fractures, Spine Fractures. He is also specilized in Knee ligament injuries( Arthroscopy), Total Hip replacement, Total Knee Replacement, and specializes in all complex Spine Surgeries, Minimal Invasive Spine Surgeries. From Delhi Institute of Trauma and Orthopaedics, he completed his post graduation training under the supervision of Dr. Shekhar Agarwal (Total Hip Replacement, Total Knee Replacement) in Arthroscopy under the supervision of Dr.Shekhar Srivastav with great efficiency. He had Completed Combined 4th ISAKOS Knee Course & 8th Pune Knee Course from Pune (India). He received advanced training in Total Hip & Knee Replacement in India ( Scholarship from the Asia Pacific Orthopedic Association – South Indian Arthroplasty Academy). He has completed post graduate Clinical Fellowship in Minimal Invasive Spine Surgery under supervision of Dr Arvind Kulkarni in Bombay Hospital, Mumbai, India. He has also completed prestigious AO Trauma Fellowship from Helios Klinikum, Erfurt,Germany under Supervision of Prof.Thomas Muckley. He has successfully completed Global Spine Diploma from AO Spine ( Switzerland). He has successfully completed Travelling Fellowship of Korean Society of Spine Surgery( Seoul, Korea).
